To begin planning your golf tournament at the Peoria Park District, just fill out this form. A member of our professional staff will contact you in the coming days and answer all your questions. Many local businesses and organizations also host their outings and tournaments at our facilities. Whatever your needs, we are equipped and ready to serve you.

Kellogg, Newman and Madison may be booked for either Shotgun Start or Consecutive Tee Time outings. Kellogg Exec. 9 may only be booked for Consecutive Tee Time outings.
*Each player is required to pay a green fee. (Season passes are not honored.)
*Golf carts are optional. Reserved golf carts cost $26.00/18 holes or $17.00/9 holes.
